SHIPPING & RETURNS
When you place an order with us, we aim for it to be carefully packaged and shipped within 3 business days. We use Canada Post as our carrier and they will deliver your package within 3-8 business days after we've shipped your order.
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as it leaves our soap workshop.
We only ship within Canada at the moment.

Local Pick Up Orders
Clients ordering for Local Pick Up, will receive an email notifying them when their order is ready for pick up. Orders may be picked up at our workshop weekdays between 9am and 4pm.
Orders that are mistakenly placed for Local Pick Up, will be required to pay the cost of shipping before the order will be shipped.

Holiday Closings
We are closed on all Ontario and Canadian statutory holidays. Please feel free to email us and we will get in touch within the next 3 regular business days. Just like our valued customers, we also take vacation from time to time and will notify you in the event of any expected delays.
Returns
We are a small operation, and handcraft every product with care. Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. But, upon receipt of your order, if there are any items that appear to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days so we can make it right.
